If the electoral college didn’t exist, states like California and other states with a higher population would control the election every four years. Smaller areas would never get their voice heard. Sometimes that would mean YOU don’t get your voice heard. You think that’s fair because the electoral college didn’t choose who YOU voted for? Wrong.
